Advent Theory

Recently, I was at a family member’s house for dinner.  Although expecting the norm, the menu called for something I had never had, Zucchini Boats.  I must admit that I am not a huge fan of zucchini and I thought this would be one of those meals I would have to say I politely liked, but really hated.  I was completely wrong.  Big zucchinis were cut in half and stuffed with all sorts of goodies including spicy sausage, vegetables, and completely covered in cheese.  What a surprisingly excellent meal!  I made sure to get the recipe and plan on making it myself soon.
