LORD, I’M BORED!

There is nothing I hate more than being bored. It seems as if every minute is hours long. Which is why, I am a “reader”. I love to read. I always have something with me at all times to read, just for those occasions when I am stuck somewhere with nothing to do. Whether it’s a book, a magazine, the Kindle app on my phone or even a bottle of Windex sitting in the bathroom, I need to read! It is a passion I know I will have all my life and that makes me feel great. As long as you are reading, you are learning and I love to learn, as well.

MY FAMILY, MY INSPIRATION

Nuclear Lesbian Family

Image via Wikipedia

Your whole life changes when you have your own family. It’s a whole different ball of wax when you’re the one people are counting on and relying on to keep them safe. It is that kind of responsibility that makes me get up every morning and do the best I can at my job and being a father and a husband. It is knowing that there are people who look up to me and love me that keep me going when things get bad. Because if I can’t be strong for my family, who will be? And that inspires me to be the best person I can be.

TV IS MY WORLD

Without a doubt, TV is it for me. It is the greatest invention known to mankind, bar none. I have no idea how my life would have turned out without television. When I think back to how I have seen the world change in my life through the television, it blows my mind. I can still remember being 10 years old laying in my grandfather’s living room watching man walk on the moon in black and white. Right up until the day I stood and watched the twin towers of the World Trade Center go down in all too realistic color. Television has been my “eyes” showing me the world I live in.
